With 30+ years of international experience in executive protection, security consultancy, and risk leadership, I specialise in safeguarding people, assets, and reputations across complex and high-risk environments.
From elite UHNW protection to major event and travel risk operations, I’ve delivered across EMEA, APAC, NORAM and beyond — consulting for global brands including Meta, Live Nation, TUI, Sela, and Virtus. My background includes military service, crisis response in hostile regions, and strategic design of ISO-aligned frameworks, including ISO 31030 travel risk management.
A certified Security Risk Management Consultant (SRMC®), Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS), and qualified Executive Coach, I deliver Level 3–6 training globally across security culture, hostile environments, executive protection, crowd safety and crisis leadership. My credentials include advanced diplomas in security, coaching, adult education, and certifications in counter-terrorism, cybersecurity (Google/GCHQ), and expert witness practice.
I embed risk resilience into organisations — blending real-world intelligence, inclusive culture, and operational strategy. Whether briefing boardrooms, securing global events, or mentoring teams, I lead with purpose, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping others operate safely.
If you’re seeking security that’s smart, scalable and mission-aligned — I’d be glad to help.

Our Commitment to Sustainable Development and the Armed Forces Covenant
At D.T.R.C, we don’t just talk about responsibility — we embed it into the DNA of how we work. Every strand of our consultancy, training, coaching, and security operations aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — a global blueprint for peace, prosperity, and sustainability.
From safer work environments to inclusive education, from ethical partnerships to climate-conscious practices, our approach is grounded in long-term impact — not box-ticking.
We actively support and contribute to all 17 SDGs, including:
1. No Poverty 2. Zero Hunger 3. Good Health & Well-being 4. Quality Education 5. Gender Equality 6. Clean Water & Sanitation 7. Affordable & Clean Energy
8. Decent Work & Economic Growth 9. Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure 10. Reduced Inequalities
11. Sustainable Cities & Communities 12. Responsible Consumption & Production 13. Climate Action 14. Life Below Water 15. Life on Land 16. Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions 17. Partnerships for the Goals
We tailor our delivery to ensure relevance — whether improving workplace safety (SDG 3), training women in high-risk regions (SDG 5), driving cyber resilience and innovation (SDG 9), or shaping ethical business cultures (SDG 16).
We’re also proud signatories of the UK Armed Forces Covenant, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with those who’ve served. As a Bronze Award holder, we are actively progressing toward Silver and Gold status — offering support, opportunity, and respect to veterans, reservists, and their families.
“We’re not here to tick boxes. We’re here to build better futures — one strategy, one mission, one life at a time.”— Wayne Grove
